I&#8217;m not sure really. It&#8217;s one of these things that i just feel a need to do. No-ones really going to be interested in the weight loss of a 35 year old man, But what the hey, it&#8217;s something to do while watching Midsomer Murders.. (remind me not to buy a house there&#8230;too high a death rate!)<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, gonna start as I mean to go on, weighed in at the start of this week at 16 stone 7 pounds and a 38 inch waist. At the sametime, I started reading the recently released Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007 Administrators Companion, a book that weighs in at around 1100 pages and only marginally lighter than me!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, why the Blog?
