So I took my exam 70-573 a week or so ago and happily can reveal that I passed with 790. Not quite as high as I hoped, but there were a couple of curve ball questions in there.<\/p>\n

As I tweeted, Wes Hacketts’ exam guide was of great help as it listed the resources that he used to pass his exam, and likewise it helped me too. See the blog post here.<\/a><\/p>\n

I had planned on spending my holiday revising, and doing the exam when I got back, but following some pressure from she who must be obeyed, (Read: ‘No, you’re not taking your laptop on holiday!’) I took the exam before we went, and spent a whole week relaxing instead of playing with VM’s by the poolside.<\/p>\n

After a relaxing week, and a not so relaxing 32 hour journey home thanks to the Iberian baggage handlers at Las Palmas airport, It’s back to work planning my first major speaking engagement on SharePoint 2010 and the Unified Communications platform at a business seminar on Friday!<\/p>\n
